Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product ordered. Our minimum orders numbers are designed to ensure you are getting the best price

We do our best to ensure the lowest price for our valued customers. Pricing changes based on the size of the order and the current shipping prices. Quotes will be provided on enquiry.

We offer sizing in youth, mens, womens and unisex. Per your items sizing chart, we recommend measuring yourself and a piece of your clothing to get an accurate fit.

We will work with you to create ordering and delivery deadlines to accommodate your schedule.

Our amazing attention to detail means this is an extreme rariety. However, if this does occur give our customer service team a call and we will arrange to have this rectified.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, we are happy to do so within 30 days from the date of shipment. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Returned items that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Please complete and return the exchange/return form with the item/s being exchanged or returned. The form will be included with your delivery.

Custom made personalised apparel is not eligible for exchanges or returns where you have selected incorrect sizes or your sporting organisation or school has entered incorrect details. If OnTrack Sportswear is at fault for any incorrect details OnTrack Sportswear will send you a replacement item as soon as it is brought to our attention and manufacture the replacement.

Notification of an issue/fault with an item of apparel must be made within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition or the cost of any loss or damage will be borne by you.
